Sudanese President Omar al Bashir said there is no dispute with Egypt over the water file, making it clear that Sudan's ties with Egypt are "excellent".
In an interview with Sky News Arabia on Tuesday, the Sudanese president refuted claims on Ethiopia's control of the River Nile water via the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam.
Dialogue is the only way to solve disputes among the Sudanese parties, Bashir said.
He referred to collective African efforts to pull out of the International Criminal Court (ICC).
