Speaker denies reports on amending Constitution article regarding presidential term in office

Speaker of the House of Representatives Ali Abdel Aal denied on Wednesday reports carried by a satellite TV channel on Tuesday to the effect that the House is seeking to amend an article in the Constitution regarding the term in office of the president.
He added during a parliamentary session today that these reports are groundless and bare of truth.
