Sisi appoints new security advisors

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi has issued a presidential decree appointing Fayza Abu el-Naga as advisor to the president for national security affairs.
Former interior minister Ahmed Gamal el-Din was appointed as advisor to president for anti-terror affairs.
Egypt's former ambassador to India Khaled el Bakli was named as secretary general of the National Security Council.
