15 ministers will attend the meeting, in addition to the Commander of the Gendarmerie, Major General Ahmed Boustila, the Director General of National Police (DGSN), Major-General Abdelghani Hamel, Wali of Algiers Abdelkader Zoukh and managers of several companies and large business enterprises.
During the opening of the meeting, Sellal stressed that "the time has come to find solutions and take necessary measures to improve the situation," recalling that the capital represents the window of Algeria in 2014."
Noticing some shortcomings in some fields, the Prime Minister said that in the capital, important structures were built but which have not been accompanied by public facilities.
He added that the problem is not the lack of funds. "Let’s change, if necessary, the administrative organization with the creation of new services for the capital," he argued.
