Minister of National Defense, Yaacoub Sarraf, hailed, in a statement on Wednesday, the achievement made by the Lebanese army Intelligence as it managed to apprehend Mustafa Hojeiry, aka "Aby Takiyeh," in Arsal at dawn.
"This accomplishment adds to the series of achievements the army is scoring, proving the military institution's keenness on preserving the security of the nation and the citizens," the Minister said.
"No terrorist or wanted will remain free," he underlined
