IT police have captured a girl from Port Said with links to the administrators of a Facebook page, "As You Like", which leaks questions and answers of Thanaweya Amma and Azhari diploma exams.
Interior Minister Magdy Abdel Ghaffar had ordered the security apparatus to use advanced techniques to follow the IP of the page to be able to detect those behind it.
On Tuesday, police arrested Khaled A. K., 24, the admin of "As You Like", on charges of leaking exams to facilitate cheating.
He admitted to having created the page and posting, with the help of other users, questions of the Arabic language exam.
A probe revealed that the questions were also posted on the Facebook account of Donia Yosseuf, 20, from Port Said.
The police found a laptop, a cell phone and a mobile card in her home.
It turned out she was managing the page through her Facebook account.
She admitted to having re-posted questions of the Arabic exam that had first appeared on the Shaw Ming page.
Legal measures have been taken against her and the prosecution has been notified to start an investigation.
