Peace talks held in Kuwait between the Yemeni government and Houthis have reached a deadlock, the Yemeni news agency reported Friday.
The Houthi rebels were blamed for such a deadlock, as they insisted on legalizing the coup and thus maintaining control over state institutions, according to the news agency.
The Yemeni government delegation urged the international community to press the Houthi militias to hand over arms and withdraw from Yemeni cities.
