The House of Representatives under Speaker Ali Abdel Aal approved during its Monday's session an economic and technical cooperation agreement between the Egyptian and Chinese governments inked here in January 21, 2016.
The agreement stipulates that China will offer Egypt a non-refundable grant estimated at 200 million Chinese yuan to carry out feasibility study and implement the national project for sanitation and Egypt Nile Sat 2 venture.
The Parliament's economic affairs committee, which discussed the agreement, considered the deal a step towards promoting the economic ties between Egypt and China.
