Kibir Informed on Situation in East Darfur
Vice – President of the Republic, Osman Mohamed Yousif Kibir.

Vice – President of the Republic, Osman Mohamed Yousif Kibir, received in his office at the Republican Palace Thursday the Wali (governor) of East Darfur State, Anas Omer, and reviewed the overall situation in the state and its government efforts in different fields, especially regarding the implementation of development projects and reconciliations between the social components toward enhancing the peaceful co-existence.
In a press statement, the Wali (governor) said that he briefed the Vice – President on the restructuring of the native administration in the state to enable it play its role in the peaceful co-existence and helping the executive authority.
He indicated that the meeting also tackled progress of the agricultural season in East Darfur State.
