His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa received a cable of congratulations from First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sport (SCYS) and President of Bahrain Athletics Association Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa on being awarded the Flame of Peace Award by the Association for the Furtherance of Peace, in tribute for his outstanding role in promoting humanitarian works, boosting relations among nations and strengthening the pillars of regional and global security.
Shaikh Khalid described the international honour as a reflection of Bahrain's good international reputation as a model of tolerance and peace in the prosperous era of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
