Future" bloc on Tuesday welcomed the Parliament's approval of the expedited tax draft law, and hailed the government's efforts that accompanied the preparation for this financial regulation.
The Bloc's fresh stance on Tuesday came in a statement issued in the wake of its periodic meeting at the Center House, chaired by bloc head Fouad Siniora.
The meeting tackled the overall situation on the local arena.
Future bloc also considered that such a significant step needs additional relentless efforts to complete and resolve the mounting budget deficit and the rising public debt, which exacerbates the financial and economic problems facing Lebanon.
On the other hand, the bloc underlined the need for the State's restoration of its full authority over its lands and institutions. Future also stressed the paramount importance of respecting the Constitution and Taef Accord, as well as strengthening Arab-Lebanese relations in the interest of Lebanon and the Lebanese.
The bloc also called for maintaining the rule of law and order
