
Sudanese Foreign Minister Ibrahim Ghandour underlined that the Egyptian-Sudanese relations are in their best under the leadership of Presidents Abdel Fattah El Sisi and Omar al Bashir.
This remark came during the reception organized by the Sudanese Consulate here on Thursday.
Ghandour said that Egypt is a great country and there are historic ties binding the two nations, noting that the ministers of both countries seek to put the directives of their presidents and their aspirations into action.
The reception was attended by Alexandria Governor Mohamed Abdel Zaher and the consuls of Sudan, Lebanon, Libya, China, US, Russia, Greece and Turkey.
For his part, Abdel Zaher underscored that Egypt is safe, adding that the Egyptian-Sudanese ties are profound.
