
The Cabinet, under Prime Minister Sherif Ismail, asserted in its weekly meeting on Thursday the state's commitment to the rule of law and protection of citizens and their property.
In light of following up Minya incident, the Cabinet said that security apparatuses managed to arrest a number of persons, including the prime suspect, who were all referred to prosecution authorities.
Other suspects were being searched for by police in order to get their deterrent punishment, the Cabinet added.
