Iraqi National Coalition leader Iyad Allawi urged swift relief aid to the displaced.
In press statements on Monday, he called for sending the displaced back to their hometowns, rebuilding destroyed areas and paying fair compensations to the displaced.
Allawi warned of the United Nations reports on Daesh besieging of thousands of civilians in Huweija and nearby villages, in the northern Iraqi city of Kirkuk, over the past few days.
Allawi added that some civilians were viciously executed.
He called for exerting more efforts to confront terror organizations, free hostages and halt massacres of hostages.
