
A judge in Luxor ordered on Monday 27 people to be remanded in custody for 15 days pending investigations on charges of violence in a village in the city.
They are accused of attacking security forces and setting fire to two police vehicles after a police force stopped two people on a plateless motorcycle.
Four other people were released in the same case
