A reconciliation agreement has been signed over the past day with representatives of one settlement in the Syrian province of Daraa, the Russian center for reconciliation of the warring parties in Syria said in its regular daily news bulletin posted on the Russian defense ministry’s website.

Thus, "the number of settlements joining the reconciliation process has reached 134," the bulletin says. "Talks on joining the regime of cessation of hostilities are continued with field commanders of opposition groups in the Syrian provinces of Damascus, Daraa and al-Quneitra", Tass News Agency reported on Monday.

The number illegal armed groups that declared their commitment to the ceasefire terms remains unchanged - 60, as follows from the bulletin.

According to the bulletin, the ceasefire agreement has been generally observed in most of Syria’s provinces, with nine violations reported in the past day: five in the province of Damascus and four - in the province of Aleppo. Units of the Jaysh al Islam group which aligns itself with the opposition conducted fire from mortars and self-made artillery systems at Aleppo’s districts of Meydan, Old City, al-Assad and Khalidiya. The settlements of Harasta, Jobar, Ard al-Sakhiya in the province of
Damascus came under shelling by terrorists. The settlement of Masakid Barza came under shelling twice
