
Turkish President Abdullah Gul met Monday with his Austrian counterpart Heinz Fischer in New York, where he attends the UN General Assembly meetings. Turkish President will also meet on Monday with UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon and Iraqi Vice President Khudayr Al-Khuzai, and will participate in a business dinner hosted by the American-Turkish Council. On Tuesday, he will address the UN General Assembly following U.S. President Barack Obama's speech. Gul meets representatives of US financial agencies Gul on Monday met with the representatives of US financial agencies in New York. Gul met with 80 investors of US financial market in New York on Monday during the breakfast organized by Merrill Lynch. Turkish President, accompanied by the Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu and Turkey's Minister of Family and Social Policies Fatma Sahin and other officials, arrived in New York for the UN General Assembly meeting. Gul will address the UN General Assembly on Tuesday just after the US President Barack Obama's speech.
