
Saudi Arabia's supreme court Saturday announced that tomorrow Sunday would mark the first day of Thu Al-Hijja month of year 1434 in the Hijra calendar, thus Eid Al-Ahda would fall on October 15. The court said in a statement quoted by the official TV that standing at Mount Arafat would be on Monday, October 14, and the first day of Eid Al-Adha would be on the day next. The court urged people in Saudi Arabia yesterday to report to the nearest court if they saw crescent of Thu Al-Hijja month.
