Tehran - FNA

With recent scandals over the US National Security Agency (NSA) spying on European leaders, US President Barack Obama's global ratings may plunge to a "record low," the chairman of the Russian State Duma Committee on International Affairs said. "Because of the scandals with extensive spying, Obama is risking getting ratings in Europe - and across the world, for that matter, - that would be at a record low, just as those of (former US president) George W. Bush," Alexei Pushkov said on Twitter on Thursday, Voice of Russia reported.
