He said he will act to implement decisions of President Abdel Fattah el Sisi and the South Korean president during Sisi's first visit to South Korea last March.
The newly-appointed diplomat submitted his credentials to president Sisi two days ago.
He said South Korea is keen on boosting relations with Egypt in different fields.
