According to the Interior Ministry, an unknown perpetrator hurled the explosive device at the law enforcers from an adjacent building. There are six civilians among those 18 injured, three people are in critical condition. Three vehicles burnt as a result of the explosion. Following this attack, the entire personnel of police stations and prisons of the city were put on high alert.
