China to send North Korean defectors to Seoul

China has decided to allow North Korean defector Kim Kwang-ho and his family, who were detained by Beijing in July after fleeing their homeland, to leave for South Korea, a diplomatic source with knowledge of the matter said Monday. South Korea and China have been quietly arranging a schedule to bring Kim, his wife and their daughter to Seoul, and they are likely to arrive in the South this month, the source said on the condition of anonymity.
