United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said the chemical experts dispatched to Syria have inspected 19 facilities related to toxics production and storage out of the 23 announced by the Syrian authorities. "Experts will try to visit the 23 facilities before the end of October," Ban told reporters on Wednesday, Al-Manar reported. "According to the situation today, we have visited 19 out of the 23 facilities, and the process is carried out smoothly as the special coordinator for the expert mission Sigrid Kaag announced yesterday," Ban added.
