Ajman Ruler receives French Consul-General

H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, today received Majdi Abed, Consul-General of France, who paid a courtesy visit to the Ruler.

The Ajman Ruler welcomed the Consul-General of France and wished him a pleasant stay and success in strengthening the bonds of mutual cooperation between the two countries at various levels. Sheikh Humaid also stressed that Mr. Abed will receive the full cooperation of officials to facilitate his mission in the country.

During the meeting, the two sides reviewed bilateral relations of cooperation between the two countries in many fields, and ways of enhancing them for the benefit of the two peoples.

The French diplomat expressed his happiness at meeting with the Ruler, commending the comprehensive cultural renaissance witnessed by the UAE in general and the Emirate of Ajman in particular, in various fields.

The meeting was attended by a number of Sheikhs and senior officials.
