
Effective from Sunday, 22nd May, Musabbah Mubarak Al Murar, Acting General Manager of Abu Dhabi City Municipality, will receive customers at the Customer Service Centre at the Municipality’s headquarters on Sheikh Zayed Street on Sundays and Wednesdays.
The move comes in line with the municipality's endeavours to improve customer services, raise their satisfaction with the municipal services on offer, and tackle challenges that hinder the streamlined completion of transactions.
"Extending customer reception time from one to two days every week is an outcome of our successful initiative in receiving customers and the positive results achieved. Therefore, we have decided to extend our customers reception to two days per week so that we can heed to their issues, needs and proposals which would further boost the municipality’s performance and services in general," said Al Murar.
"This initiative, entitled Open Day, is intended to streamline transactional procedures, establish direct communication with the customers, heed their views about our services and meet their expectations. I have been receiving customers since last year 2015," he said.
