
The specialized Penal Court in the capital Sana’a began on Monday its hearing under the chairmanship of head of the court, Judge Hilal Hamed Mahfal, for the trial of 57 accused in the Presidency Mosque bombing case . At the hearing, which was attended by lawyers of the defendants, and after the court found that there were nobody attend by the victims, Head of the Court announced his resignation for consideration of this case. "The media of some victims still repeating, and since I was appointed to this court, that the aim of my appointment is only to consider this case”, Judge Mahfal said ,adding that this situation made him feel embarrassed to consider this case.
