Russia: Israel follows bad example of US deciding

Israel’s decision to quit UNESCO only causes regret, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova was quoted as saying by TASS news agency Friday.
"The decision made by the Israeli authorities, who chose to follow the bad example of the US, only causes regret," Zakharova said.
That comes after Israel's decision of withdrawal from UNESCO, accusing it of bias against Israel.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu praised the US decision as "brave and moral".
