Iraqi Defense Minister receives US Ambassador to Baghdad

Iraqi Defense Minister, Irfan Mahmoud al-Hayali discussed with US ambassador in Baghdad Douglas Silman the support of the International Coalition to Iraqi forces as well as the operations on the right side of the city of Mosul.
According to a Defense Ministry statement, Defense Minister Irfan Mahmoud Hayali, received in his office on Sunday morning, the US ambassador in Baghdad , Douglas Selman and his accompanying delegation, to discuss the course of the ongoing liberalization right coast military operations Mosul city.
During the meeting , Selman stressed US and international coalition support of the Iraqi Armed Forces troops, paying tribute to the humanitarian deal with the citizens by the Iraqi forces.
