El Baradei calls for purge of security apparatus

The Egyptian presidential hopeful Mohamed ElBaradei has called for the purge of the security apparatus of those who committed crimes against the Egyptian people,he said. El Baradei posted his statement on his Twitter account, in which he said “Law & Order will only be restored when the security apparatus is purged and it's doctrine is in tune with democracy.” Regarding the economy he added “A task force of best Egyptian minds inside and abroad urgently need to take bold measures to avert impending collapse of the economy.” A number of Egyptian political movements in Tahrir Square nominated El Baradei to form a government of national salvation, but the SCAF responded that there is no consensus among political forces on this choice in particular.
