Minister of State for Foreign Affairs meets UNRWA Commissioner

Dr. Anwar bin Mohammed Gargash, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, has met with the Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East, UNRWA, Pierre Krahenbuh, on the sidelines of the 148th Session of the Arab League Ministerial Council on September 12th.
During the meeting, Gargash stressed the UAE's support for UNRWA and the great humanitarian role it plays in alleviating the suffering of Palestinian refugees.
The meeting is part of continuous communication between the two sides to discuss ways of facilitating the agency's efforts to help improve the lives of Palestinian refugees.
