Oman, Zanzibar discuss ties in higher education

Dr Rawya bint Saud al Busaidiya, Minister of Higher Education, received here yesterday Haroun Ali Sulaiman, Zanzibar’s Minister of Labour, People’s Economic Empowerment and Co-operatives and his delegation. They discussed bilateral co-operation in higher education and scientific research and the final draft of the memorandum of understanding between the two countries in higher education. Sayyid Harib bin Hamad al Busaidy, Under-Secretary of the Awqaf and Religious Affairs Ministry, also received the guests separately and discussed with them bilateral relations in awqaf and religious affairs.
