Mostat - Anadolu
Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Emrullah Isler on Friday opened the Karagoz-bey's school in Mostar, Bosnia-Herzegovina, which was renovated by the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency. A ceremony to mark the opening was attended by the agency's director Serdar Cam, the grand mufti of Bosnia-Herzegovina Husein Kavazovic, Federal Minister of Culture and Sports Salmir Kaplan, the mufti of Mostar Seid Smajkic and numerous guests. "We will be with you in the good and the bad, when you rejoice and grieve, we will always be with you. Turks always loved Bosnian people, you have a special place in the heart of every Turk," Emrullah Isler told those present at the ceremony. Renovation of the Karagoz-bey's school is one of 130 projects the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency implemented in Bosnia-Herzegovina. The Turkish deputy prime minister is making his first formal two-day visit in Bosnia. He arrived to attend opening of three structures in the country renovated by the agency. On Thursday he opened a memorial house of the first Bosnian president, Alija Izetbegovic, a clinic in the town of Visoko, near Sarajevo, to serve 15,000 people, and a school in Mostar.
