More than 80% of Seoul students own smartphones

Four out of every five primary and secondary school students in South Korea have smartphones with a growing number of them using their devices to view adult content, a government poll showed Tuesday. According to the survey of 10,062 students aged between 10 to 17 around the country, smartphone ownership among those surveyed reached 81.5 percent last year, compared with 36.2 percent two years earlier.
