The Bahrain Institute for Public Administration (BIPA) organized a joint e-learning course for GCC employees on the Development of Administrative Skills.Senior director for basic development and creative learning Mohammed Al-Subai’e said that after provision of the necessary tools and syllabi, 453 candidates from all GCC countries were nominated in addition to trainees from the General Secretariat.The distant training panel has provided the present training ergonomics in the BIPA for use of trainees from GCC countries. The course spanned two months and 318 trainees successfully passed the course, he added.
