Al-Mabarra Al-Khalifiya honours students

Al-Mabarra Al-Khalifiya today hosted a ceremony in honour of students who were granted scholarships last year. Al-Mabarra Al-Khalifiya board of trustees’ chairperson Shaikha Zain bint Khalid Al-Khalifa patronized the ceremony. Addressing the event, she stressed the crucial importance of promoting human resources-being a cornerstone for the foundation. Al-Mabarra Al-Khalifiya provides scholarships for outstanding high school graduates, as part of efforts to arm them with knowledge. Shaikha Zain described youth as Bahrain’s main asset, stressing the importance of providing opportunities for youngsters to achieve their ambitions and aspirations. She announced the forthcoming launch of a new programme aimed at training students and promoting their integration in the labour market. She also paid tribute to His Royal Highness Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa for his keenness on supporting Al-Meera Al-Khalifiya programmes and activities.
