Sisi congratulates blind man on getting PhD in media

President Abdel Fattah al Sisi on Thursday sent a cable of congratulations to a blind man for obtaining PhD degree in mass communication from Cairo University.
Sabr Hamad Jaber, from the Upper Egyptian governorate of Minya, is the first blind to get the degree in Egypt and the Arab world.
In the cable, Sisi wished Saber more success.
