The Palestinian Information Ministry condemned on Thursday the Israeli forces for targeting Palestinian journalists at the surroundings of al Aqsa Mosque.
In a press release, the ministry said this reflects Israel's efforts to hide the truth concerning Israeli violations in al Quds (East Jerusalem).
The ministry also hailed journalists for reporting Israeli violations and Palestinians' suffering.
Meanwhile, the statement urged the International Federation of Journalists (IFJ) to force Israeli authorities to stop targeting Palestinian journalists.
