Kuwaiti information minister in Medina for organization of islamic cooperation meeting

Kuwaiti Minister of Information and Minister of State for Youth Affairs Sheikh Salman Sabah Salem Al-Humoud Al-Sabah has arrived here to partake in the Eighth Culture Ministers Meeting of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) member states. He was welcomed at the airport by Saudi Minister of Culture and Information Abdulaziz Khoja and several other Saudi officials and Kuwaiti diplomats in Saudi Arabia.During the four-day event, the conferees are expected to thrash out a set of cultural issues, primarily cultural and people-to-people relations, the plan of action to implement the Saudi King's initiative for inter-faith dialogue, the document of the cultural rights in Muslim countries, the Muslim declaration for cultural rights, the member states' reports about the implementation of the OIC cultural strategy.
