KUNA chief tours newsroom, media center at Courtyard Marriott Hotel

Chairman and Director General of Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) Sheikh Mubarak Duaij Al-Sabah visited here on Monday KUNA's newsroom and the media center at Courtyard Marriott Hotel. Sheikh Mubarak was accompanied by Deputy Director General for Administrative and Financial Affairs Abdulhamid Malak. Sheikh Mubarak became acquainted with the nature of work at KUNA's newsroom and listened from the reporters about the workflow at the center. He urged KUNA's reporters to exert their utmost efforts to ensure accuracy and speed in the transmission of summit-related news. He hailed the excellent sense of responsibility shouldered on the KUNA news team in covering the 25th Arab summit due here tomorrow. Sheikh Mubarak conveyed the greetings and appreciation of Minister of Information and State Minister for Youth Affairs Sheikh Salman Sabah Al-Salem Al-Humoud Al-Sabah for the distinguished coverage of the preparatory news carried out by KUNA's reporters, wishing them the best. Sheikh Mubarak also toured the media center of the 25th Arab summit where he became acquainted with the workflow at the center.
