Bahraini PM's Court president praises press role

The Prime Minister (PM)'s Court President Shaikh Hussam bin Isa Al Khalifa received the deputy chief editor of Kuwaiti-based Al Anba newspaper also member of the Gulf Press Federation, Adnan Khalifa Al Rashid.
During the meeting, Shaikh Hussam Al Khalifa praised the Kuwaiti media, especially the cultural and enlightenment role of Al Anba daily in the State of Kuwait and in the region's countries, citing the significant role of the press in consolidating the bonds of fraternity and cooperation between Bahrain and Kuwait in all fields. He also praised the role of the Gulf Press Federation in showcasing the development and renaissance at all levels in the Gulf countries.
Al Rashid has expressed sincere gratitude and appreciation of the Kingdom's leadership constant support to the press and the media, praising Bahrain's atmospheres of vast freedom of expression and opinion, stressing the important role of the media and newspapers in strengthening the bonds of rapprochement and cooperation between Gulf countries.
