Bahraini official meets with UN's media chief

The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Mr. Ghanim bin Fadhl Al- Buainain, received today the UN Media Centre's Director, Najib Friji. The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Mr. Al-Buainain praised the Centre’s role in organizing exhibitions and conferences and exchanging information with the local media. Mr Friji briefed the Minister on the Centre’s preparations to hold the Soka Gakkai International (SGI) Exhibition, which will be held next March in Bahrain, in cooperation with the Bahrain Centre for Strategic, International and Energy Studies (DERASAT), the United Nations Media Centre in Bahrain, and the Japanese Embassy in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Topics of mutual interest were discussed during the meeting.
