Advisor to His Majesty the King for Media Affairs Nabil bin Yaqoob Al Hamar met here a number of Editors-in-Chief of Egyptian newspapers, in the presence of the Bahraini Ambassador to Egypt Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa
Al-Hamar reviewed with them the deep-rooted solid ties bonding the two countries in all fields, thanks to the support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and President Abdel-Fatteh Al-Sisi
He also discussed with them areas of bilateral cooperation in the press and media fields, stressing the importance of enhancing such cooperation for the interests of the two brotherly countries.
HM the King's Advisor lauded the role of the Egyptian Press and its honourable stances in support of Bahrain, as well as Arab and Islamic causes.
He highlighted the importance of exchanging visits between media and press persons in both countries to strengthen joint cooperation and exchange expertise.
They agreed to enhance communication and put forward a programme to develop joint action and increase cooperation and coordination among journalists in both countries.
the latest regional and Arab political developments were also discussed.
Editors-in-Chief of Egyptian newspapers expressed sincere thanks and appreciation to Al-Hamar
They lauded His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa's crucial role in enhancing Bahraini-Egyptian relations at all levels, praising the progress boom witnessed by Bahrain under HM the King's leadership.
