Farmers' needs top priority

New Agriculture Minister Salah Helal on Friday said that the needs of the Egyptian farmers will be a top priority.
The minister added that he would do his best to provide fertilizers and seeds, prevent crises and help farmers market their crops with a suitable profit.
He said that he took three decisions to restructure the ministry to fit with the requirements of the coming period.
The one-million feddans project is a presidential promise that will be implemented on time, the minister added.
