Luxor Governor Tarek Saad el Din on Saturday said the Triathlon African and Pan Arab championships contribute to promoting tourism in the Upper Egyptian city.
The governor told MENA Luxor is always ready to host various sports events.
The Egyptian team has won the two-day championships with two gold, four silver and three bronze medals.
