Cairo - Mohamed Ammar

Egyptian tour guide Sherine Hosni underlined the importance of forest tourism during the current period, saying that it has taken a big place in leisure tourism, with trips to forests around the world, including tropical forests and African forests, to see and deal with animals.

She added, “One of the features of the forest visit is seeing some of the rare animals that have few populations in Africa, including the crocodiles, red spiders and poisonous snakes of varying sizes.”

She stressed that there is a group of monkeys emerging from these forests and interacting with humans, pushing the tourists to turn to live in nearby houses for monkeys to play with them.

American forests have been a major tourist attraction but not throughout the year because of the constant fire, especially California forests, because of trees tangled with wind collisions, she said. Tourists interested in forest research and the animal world are constantly turn to take this move.
