Syrian singer Asala Nasri revealed that she was shocked when she saw videos of Syrian youths being insulted and beaten in Lebanon.

Nasri pointed out in an exclusive interview with Arabs Today that these acts do not include all the Lebanese people whom she described as brothers. "There is a clique that conflicts with humanity in all its forms and types. Barbarism represented in the actions of some who found a way to express their delusional heroism in the weakness of the Syrian displaced throughout beating," Nasri added.

She also praised the efforts of the Lebanese Interior Minister, who ordered the arrest of the aggressors and brought them to justice.

The Syrian singer added that the Syrian people have faced the most terrible massacres in the world. "I hope that the black nightmare will disappear from a nation that has done nothing, and some have sought to drown it in blood to serve the positions and the chairs," she stated.
