Casablanca - Mohamed Mahmoud

Coach of Tunisian Esperance football team Fawzy Al Benzerti expressed his team’s readiness for the coming match against Egyptian football team of Al Ahly scheduled to be conducted on Saturday in the framework of the quarterfinal of African Champions League. He praised the capabilities of the Egyptian team, saying that he demanded his players to perform well regardless of the result.
He added, in a statement to “Arabs Today”, he will deal with the coming two matches against Al Ahly as only one deciding match, saying that he aspires to win to qualify for the coming round of the African championship. He stressed that the players suffer from fitness problems because of the consecutive matches they performed.
He added that the Arab Championship posed serious pressure against the players before the beginning of the season, while he stressed that the players now are ready for the match against Al Ahly. He stressed that he will not adopt a defensive plan against the Egyptian team saying that he plans to win the first match in Egypt.
