 His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa sent a cable of congratulations to His Highness Shaikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah on his reappointment to form the new cabinet in Kuwait.

HRH the Premier extended deepest congratulations to HH Shaikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah for the trust placed in him by the Amir of Kuwait HH Shaikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. In the cable, HRH the Premier wished HH Shaikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah every success and hailed strong fraternal and historical relations between the two brotherly countries and peoples, looking forward to expanding joint cooperation in all fields.
