Information Affairs Minister Ali bin Mohammed Al-Romaihi and President of Civil Service Bureau (CSB), Ahmed bin Zayed Al-Zayed, today signed an agreement on the implementation of Quality Management System in the ministry.
Al-Romaihi praised the partnership with the CSB to improve institutional performance, efficiency, productivity and media services in support of the ministry’s strategic plan and in conformity with the government action plan.

He expressed appreciation of the CSB’s efforts to promote the culture of quality, improving institutional performance and strengthening values of justice, integrity, transparency and responsibility through the application of the best practices and the highest international standards in government work.

He pointed out the ministry’s keenness to benefit from the CSB’s administrative expertise to ensure the success of the implementation of the Quality Management System, in the framework of its commitment to implement the government’s strategy on the development and modernization of organizational structures and administrative process to increase productivity and deliver high-quality services.

Al-Zayed commended the ministry's plan to develop human resources and government performance in accordance with the CSB’s laws and regulations and hailed Al-Romaihi’s keen interest to implement Quality Management System in implementation of HRH the Premier’s Edict 33/2004.
