Lebanese actors dominate Ramadan"s drama

Intensive competition is scheduled to be witnessed between drama producers during the coming Ramadanic season, as a large number of Lebanese actresses will participate in the drama shows scheduled to be presented during Ramadan.

Lebanese actress Nadeen Najm will take the leading character in the TV series "Haiba" with her Lebanese counterpart Teem Al Hassan after success together in a number of previous drama shows presented in the previous seasons. The series will discuss romantic social issue in a police atmospher, while no more details have been revealed about the new series.

Lebanese actress Magi Abu Ghosn will also participate in a comedy show entitled "Cramel" during the coming Ramadan. It is produced by her husband Jamal Sanan.

The same production company is scheduled to present another show entitled "Ward Jori". It will be led by actress Nadeen Al Rassi. The show will discuss the issue of rape.

Lebanese actress Nicole Saba will also lead a Syrian-Lebanese drama show entitled "Diary of Former Mistress" in which she will perforn the role of a retired actress who married one of war pronces.
